1. General Information

• These Terms & Conditions apply to all sales, services, and transactions carried out by Jindal Transformers and Servo (JTS).
• By placing an order, the customer agrees to abide by these Terms & Conditions.
• Any modifications or additional agreements must be confirmed in writing by JTS

2.   Product Orders & Pricing

• Taxes, transportation, and other duties shall be borne by the buyer unless otherwise agreed.

• All orders must be confirmed in writing or via official purchase orders.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to market fluctuations.

 3.  Payment Terms

• 50% advance payment upon order confirmation.
• Remaining 50% before dispatch or as mutually agreed
• JTS reserves the right to halt production or delivery in case of non-payment.

4.  Delivery & Shipping

• Estimated delivery times are provided in good faith but are subject to availability and external factors.
• JTS is not liable for delays due to unforeseen circumstances, including transportation issues or force majeure events.
• Risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer upon dispatch from our facility.

5. Warranty & Liability

• JTS provides a standard 12-24 months warranty (as per product category) from the date of dispatch.
• JTS’s liability is limited to repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.
• Damage due to improper installation, handling, or unauthorized modifications.

6.  Installation & Commissioning

• Installation services are available upon request and will be charged separately.

• Customers must ensure a proper site setup before our engineers arrive.

7.  Returns & Cancellations

• Orders once confirmed cannot be canceled without JTS’s written approval.
• Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery and will be subject to inspection.
• Customized products are non-returnable unless found defective upon delivery.

8.  After-Sales Support & AMC

• JTS offers Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) for continued service and support.
• Post-warranty repairs will be chargeable based on the nature of the fault.

9. Force Majeure

• JTS shall not be held liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, strikes, or regulatory changes.

10. Legal Compliance & Dispute Resolution

• All transactions are subject to Indian laws and regulations.
• Any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of Ludhiana, Punjab courts.
